We have been offering Yoga Retreats since we opened in 2016 they have proven to be extremely popular, so much so we now offer 5 per year, which match the seasons perfectly. For 2021 we have evolved the offer, to focus on all abilities and wellness.
Nina our expert Yoga teacher from London who specialises in Vynasa flow with meditation. Nina is a perfect partner for Casale San Pietro, she transports our guests to total relaxation and with the spectacular views from the yoga space, it is hard not to totally taken away and full relaxation is guaranteed.
Nina ensures she discusses the levels with each guest and she teaches accordingly.

Rest & Restore Retreat
A gentle, replenishing retreat, suitable for beginners or yogis nursing injuries, restrictions or those simply wanting a purely restorative or healing experience.
We blend various healing practices to journey to a place of complete restoration.
