Following the wonderful response to our previous garden tour, we are delighted to bring back **Gardens & Gastronomy** for 2027, combining some of Italy’s most extraordinary gardens with exceptional dining, beautiful scenery and a little of that irresistible Italian *dolce vita*.

### Discover Italy’s Most Beautiful Gardens

Our carefully curated tour takes you to four remarkable destinations, each offering something wonderfully different.

**Villa d’Este, Tivoli**

A masterpiece of Renaissance garden design and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander through magnificent terraces, past extraordinary fountains, cascading waterfalls and beautifully sculpted gardens. It is quite simply breathtaking.

**Villa Gregoriana, Tivoli**

A completely different experience awaits at Villa Gregoriana. Here, nature takes centre stage, with dramatic waterfalls, wooded pathways, ancient ruins and spectacular views. A romantic and enchanting escape.

**The Gardens of Ninfa**

Often described as one of the most romantic gardens in the world, Ninfa is a magical combination of medieval ruins, beautiful flowers, winding streams and lush greenery. A truly special place that never fails to captivate.

**The Royal Palace of Caserta**

Prepare to be amazed by the sheer grandeur of the Royal Palace of Caserta and its magnificent parkland. With sweeping avenues, spectacular water features and the enchanting English Garden, this is Italian elegance on an extraordinary scale.

Of course, no Casale experience would be complete without wonderful food!

We have carefully selected some exceptional dining experiences, including a visit to the historic **Ristorante Sibilla in Tivoli**, where you can dine in a remarkable setting beside ancient Roman temples, and a delightful visit to the coast at **San Felice Circeo**, where a beautiful lunch overlooking the Mediterranean awaits.

Back at Casale, our Italian Mamas will be preparing delicious seasonal dinners, using the freshest local ingredients, alongside our much-loved **Friday Pizza Table** – an evening of fabulous homemade pizza, good wine, laughter and great company.

With three dinners at Casale, a couple of lovely lunches during our excursions and our Friday Pizza Table, food is very much part of the experience.

Between our adventures, there will be time to unwind at Casale San Pietro, surrounded by our peaceful olive groves and beautiful countryside.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, relax beside the pool, savour a glass of local wine or simply take in the views.
