This is a must for anyone who enjoys gardens. The Villa D’Este is the home of the famous water gardens that are just extraordinary and if you have not already visited, the fountains truly are not to be missed. At the other end of the Town lies the Villa Gregoriana which is a natural park and gorge with spectacular waterfalls. Lunch will be taken at Sibilla, my personal favourite restaurant and which is one of the finest in Lazio. It has been frequented by many royals going back to the 1700’s.
